from Monday 25 Mar 1929 Jacksonville Journal obit and FL death record: Mr Williams of 535 Harbor View died in a local hospital Saturday night after a lengthy illness. A diver, and the son of Augustus Williams who was married to the former Ms Mallory, he came to Jacksonville 55 years ago from Nassau. He is survived by his 3 sons: Arthur E, Ernest E and WW Williams and 5 daughters: Mrs RW Joyner, Mrs JA Joyner, Mrs RL Rhoden and Mrs JT Buckley of Jacksonville and Mrs CM Bowden of Mandarin. Burial on 25 Mar in West Evergreen, Rev WLC Mahon officiating.

from Jacksonville Florida Times Union dated 2 Oct 1925: Mrs Victoria Williams, wife of E E Williams, well known resident of this city, died last night at the home of her daughter, Mrs CM Bowden in Mandarin, after a short illness. The deceased had been a resident of this city for 35 years. Besides her husband, she is survived by five daughters: Mrs RW Joyner of Jacksonville; Mrs CM Bowden of Mandarin; Mrs JT Bunkley of St Petersburg; Mrs E Rhoden and Mrs A Joyner of this city; also four sons: John L Williams, WW Williams and Arthur E Williams of Jacksonville, and Ernest F Williams of Otto Creek. She is also survived by two sisters: Mrs Mary Fletcher of St. Pete and Carrie Sanders of Branford.
Funeral services were held at the home of Mrs RW Joyner in Panama Park at 3pm this afternoon, Rev AC Ashby, rector of the Church of the Good Shepherd officiating.
Interment in the family lot in West Evergreen cem.
