Mary Elizabeth Johns is the daughter of Jeremiah Johns and Mary Ann McClellan.

Bartley is the son of Isham and Mary Crews. Bartley was born in 1828 in Wayne County, Georgia.

Mary Elizabeth Johns was born on February 9, 1829, in Camden, Georgia, to Mary Ann McClellan, age 21, and Jeremiah H Johns, age 31.

Bryant Crews was born in 1824, in Camden County, a son of Alexander Crews (Vol.II). He was married in 1847 to Nancy Jones, born 1830 in Camden County. Her father's name was given to the compiler as "Bob" Jones, but the Camden deed records (Book "P", page 57) shows a receipt from Bryant Crews "in right of his wife, Nancy Crews" to Robert Jones, administrator of Samuel Jones, late of Camden County, deceased, "in full for her demands" on said estate. To Bryant and Nancy Crews were born the following children:
