C., shortly before her birth. She was a half-sister to Rev. Isaac D. Hutto and Mrs. Nancy Hughes, wife of William Hughes (Vol. II) of Clinch County. To Mr. and Mrs. Hill were born three children:

He died in his 26th year, survived by his young wife and three little children, and was buried at Union Church. His widow the next year married Allen Corbitt of Clinch County, and the Hill children grew up in the Corbitt home with their Corbitt half-brothers and sisters, in northern Clinch County.
